Orders from https://www.finitegrass.com cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned. Any artificial grass (turf) cut to size is considered custom items and are therefore non-returnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to supply correct measurements and verify those measurements upon deliver/pick up. All turf sales are final and sold as is, without express or implied warranties. For best results we recommend that a professional install the turf.
FINITEGRASS cannot guarantee turf that has been improperly installed, including but not limited to: installation in locations where turf would be exposed to extreme heat such as fire pits or other locations exposed to open flame and/or locations where windows would reflect sunlight onto the turf surface.
FINITEGRASS liability arising from this sale is solely limited to the purchase price in any event.
This sale includes used, close-out or remnant turf which is sold at a discount, in as is imperfect condition, and may contain variances in color and texture. No warranties are expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of fitness and/or merchantability. It is the customer’s duty to inspect such turf prior to acceptance.
If a customer does not choose to install turf with FINITEGRASS, customer has chosen to utilize its own independent installation contractor. FINITEGRASS may provide a list of recommended installation contractors, but does not vouch for or guarantee their work in any way. Customer shall negotiate terms directly with chosen contractor.
Customer further waives and releases FINITEGRASS, and its owners, employees, servants and agents, from any and all liability arising at law or in equity from injury, death or damage to persons and/or property in the loading, transportation, unloading, installation and/or use of product by Customer and/or its agents. By purchasing turf you acknowledge and accept the terms of this RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY AND LIABILITY WAIVER.

FINITEGRASS is relying on the customer or the customer’s contractor to provide accurate measurements of the project. FINITEGRASS will suggest panel sizes to accommodate the project. FINITEGRASS assumes no responsibility if the measurements provided are inaccurate. A custom order is any order that requires FINITEGRASS to cut a full roll in order to satisfy the order. If a customer purchases a roll already cut, it is not considered “custom”. Customer also acknowledges that no orders may be canceled, and no material may be returned on Custom Orders. If a return is authorized on a Custom Order, which authorization must be made in writing on FINITEGRASS stationery signed by an officer of FINITEGRASS, it will be subject to a restocking fee of thirty five percent (35%).

Any returns or cancellations of new turf and any accessories after the order is submitted will be charged a 35% restocking fee and any overages outlined above. Refund or credit toward product will not be given for deliveries delayed or not performed. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.
