STORE POLICY
1. Orders & Payment
- 
Orders can be placed online, by phone, or through an authorized sales representative.
 - 
Full payment is required before products are shipped or released for pick-up.
 - 
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and approved contractor accounts (with prior arrangements).
 
2. Shipping & Delivery
- 
We ship nationwide across the United States.
 - 
Standard delivery times are 1–5 business days, depending on product availability and location.
 - 
Certain turf rolls, accessories, or custom orders may require extended lead times.
 - 
Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.
 - 
Delivery is curbside only unless otherwise arranged. Customers are responsible for unloading large rolls or pallets.
 
3. Pick-Up Policy
- 
Orders can be picked up from our warehouse by appointment.
 - 
Customers must present their order confirmation or invoice at the time of pick-up.
 - 
Pick-ups should be made within 7 business days of order confirmation unless other arrangements are made.
 
4. Returns & Exchanges
Because turf is cut to order, all turf sales are final.
- 
Accessories, adhesives, infill, and hardware may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
 - 
A 20% restocking fee may apply.
 - 
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
 - 
Defective or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for replacement consideration.
 
5. Samples
- 
We provide turf samples to help customers choose the right product.
 - 
Samples are free or available for a small shipping fee, depending on location.
 
6. Warranty
- 
All turf products are covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty (varies by product line).
 - 
Warranty covers manufacturing defects such as excessive fading, abnormal wear, or seam failure under normal use.
 - 
Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, neglect, accidents, or misuse (including burns, flooding, or use of harsh chemicals).
 
7. Installation & Contractor Sales
- 
Finite Grass USA provides turf and accessories but does not install. Customers may hire contractors independently.
 - 
Contractors purchasing in bulk must follow the same return/warranty guidelines.
 
8. Liability Disclaimer
Finite Grass USA is not responsible for:
- 
Delays caused by carriers, weather, or supply chain issues.
 - 
Damages incurred during unloading if not handled per provided guidelines.
 - 
Injuries or damages caused by improper installation or use of products.
